When in doubt, love yourself more. (Click to Tweet.)
Many of you have been with me from the beginning of my business and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for witnessing my development, for supporting my visions, and hopefully for wholeheartedly receiving my gifts along the way.
In my last blog post I mentioned the need to pause. Well, my pause has brought many revelations with self-love being the most pressing and consistent theme.
I feel ready to take the next steps in my life and business and as a result, I’m stepping into a more aligned brand.
Any of you out there who have been on a journey of self-love and/or are an entrepreneur, you will understand when I say, all of the above is an ongoing process!
In this moment (and consistently for months now) I’ve recognized that the name Inner Art Creations was a gift to get me off the ground, but doesn’t encompass who and where I am now.
It was almost exactly 5 years ago. I was fresh out of graduate school, living by myself for the first time and I wanted to make a difference through awareness and art.
I knew I wanted to support moms and kids. I knew I wanted to help people tap into their inner wisdom, healer, creator.
I had no idea how it was all going to come together.
And let me tell you, I panicked.
So I created a name to help ground and center my vision: Inner Art Creations.
It felt very appropriate at the time as my focus was art and awareness.
I was still developing myself as a practitioner and professional, still identifying all the various parts that I wanted in my career and honestly, not feeling complete or settled... yet.
I made a decision and dove in!
It was a struggle to grow, especially without a clear path set before me of teacher, therapist or artist. I was an amalgam of all of the above and still building my skill set.
I continued my training and learning and slowly but surely, I felt more whole and clear about who I was as a professional and what exactly I wanted to offer.
Yes, it helped to attempt a lot of different things, to find my niche. But really, it was all part of my journey to nourish and love myself completely.
To feel confident in my gifts, my innate abilities and in my true purpose.
Thankfully, my career is all about self-love, growth and development so I had all the tools I needed to love myself more!
This process of self-love is what enabled me to know and understand who I am as a person and professional right now - as I mentioned before, an ongoing and life-changing process.
Inner Art Creations is only a part of what I’ve become. So I have rebranded myself as - yes - myself!
I am Kelsey Fox Bennett and I help restore the physical, mental and emotional body after trauma. I work with moms, dads and kids, to accelerate their healing and create a healthy foundation in brain and body to make learning easier.
How fun is that?!
Again, thank you. I couldn’t do any of this without you. Giveaways and new webinars and workshops are on their way!
In the meantime, remember to love yourself completely. The rest will fall into place. (Click to Tweet.)
I love hearing from you! Tell me about your journey of self-love. How are you loving yourself today? How are you loving and honoring the vision of who you desire to become?
So much love,
